Center pivot irrigation system is also called pointer sprinkler, circular sprinkler, etc. It is a large-scale sprinkler that supports the pipe equipped with the sprinkler on the support that can travel automatically and rotates around the center point of the water supply system while sprinkling.

● The running track of the equipment is circular. One end of the equipment is fixed in the center of the field, and the fuselage with the motors and tires is connected to each other and rotates around the center point. Water flows from the central point to the ground through evenly distributed sprinklers on the fuselage. Because the trajectory is circular, it is also called a circular sprinkler, which is suitable for the irrigation of square fields.

 

● Center Point: is composed by cross ties, riser pipe, inlet and outlet elbows, main control box and collector righ.

● Span Length: 38m, 44m, 50m, 56m, 62m.

● Overhang Length: 6m, 12m, 18m, 24m.

● Spraying system: Nelson D3000, R3000, O3000 series, regulator 15PSI, regulator is selected according to the length of the equipment, the maximum flow rate of the standard regulator is 2.7m³/h, and the high-flow high-pressure regulator is used when flow is more than 2.7m³/h.

● Moving System: Tower box, truss frame, span cross ties and driveline system, motor: rate 20:1, 30:1, 40:1, power:0.75HP/1.5HP(0.55Kw & 1.1Kw);Gearbox: 50:1.

● Option End Gun: Nelson SR75, SR100 Series or KOMET 101, End gun can be controlled with a Nelson pressure valve or via a solenoid valve.

● Power and Water source:

 Power: buried cable or generator set;

 Water source: buried pipeline or storage tank.

● Clearance: Standard 2.9m, High Profile 4.6m.

● System Length: So far, 10 sets of 608-meter equipments have been sent to Mongolia in 2018, with an irrigated area of 1,750 Mu.

● Main Feature: Compared with other irrigation systems: strong and durable, easy to operate, easy to manage and maintain, irrigate uniformly, save a lot of energy and labor. Land utilization rate is 78%, equipment purchase cost, operation and management costs are low, and the supporting facilities are simple.
