Pivot Tower

Using HDG 95MM large angle steel, strong anti-corrosion grade and high strength.

Control Panel

Sprinkler, Regulator

Span Connection

1、Ball-hole connection method is used, and the rubber tube is connected between the ball tube and the hole tube, which has strong terrain adaptability and greatly improves the climbing ability;

2、The connection more perfectly reflects the ductility between spans, which can cope with the tensile force of the steel in cold climates and avoid equipment collapse.

Main Pipe:

1、Q235B Material steel grade with the Dia168mm or 219mm. with the structure of more stable, high impact resistance, low temperature resistance, and higher toughness;

2、one-time hot-dip galvanizing treatment after processed and welded. The thickness of the galvanized layer is 80um, which is much higher than industry standard, with high corrosion resistance and a service life of more than 20 years;

3、After processing, each main pipe is tested for its welding strength by a drawing machine to ensure a 100% pass rate.

Span Angles:

All use the national standard angle steel for high-voltage transmission towers, with strong toughness and long service life.

Truss Rod

Truss Tower

1、Span Cable adopts 3-layer 11-C aluminum armored cable, with strong signal shielding performance, and multiple devices running at the same time will not interfere with each other;

2、Motor cable adopts 3-layer 4-C aluminum armored cable;

3、The cable sheath is made of Dow PE sheath material, with excellent low temperature resistance, sunlight resistance, fertilizer resistance and herbicide resistance. Span cable options: 10AWG and 12AWG gauge wire for power cables and 16AWG gauge wire for control cables. Cables are color-coded for easy repair and maintenance.

Tower Box

The shell of tower box is injection-molded with special materials, with great anti-aging ability, stainless steel base plate, Honeywell Micro Switch.
